Hummus With a Kick

Ines is a talented chef (so she thinks) and foodie, and she's bringing her famous hummus recipe to share with all of you. This creamy, flavorful snack is sure to satisfy your cravings and impress your friends. Ines's hummus is sure to become one of your go-to recipes. Keep reading to get the full recipe and give it a try for yourself!


Are you in the mood for a flavorful, tasty, creamy snack? Say no more! We from iMasterArabic are as skilled in the kitchen, as we are from أَ to ي. Get ready for the finest hummus you've ever had.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin of chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • juice of 1/4 lemon

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • and optionally, a sprinkle of attitude (for that extra sass in your hummus)

Instructions:

1. Add 1 tin of chickpeas to a food processor or blender after draining and rinsing them.

2. 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp of salt, ½ tsp of pepper, ¼ cup tahini, 2 cloves of garlic and ¼ cup lemon juice. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend to a paste.

3. If your hummus is lacking in attitude, add a pinch of that temperament and reblend.

4. Taste and add seasoning if necessary.

5. Serve with veggies, lebanese bread, or whatever else you like.

Optional:


Olive oil and paprika can be drizzled over your hummus to add flavor and make a big impression on your friends. Alternately, you could simply eat it straight from the blender like a boss. You have the choice.
