Online. Follow-up to course "iMasterArabic  A2.2- Levantine & MSA"

Description

In the third part of Level A2, so course: A2.3, you learn the future tense of regular verbs, the dual form and regular plurals.

​

As well as an in-depth explanation of the masculine and feminine sentences with all the exceptions. You practice speaking (in de Levantine dialect) and build vocabulary around themes such as 'the family' and 'describing people'. 

​

Note: in order to achieve Level A2, you have to complete all 4 parts of Level 2 (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) Once you have completed all these sublevels, you will achieve the equivalent of Level A2 of the “Common European Framework of Reference for Languages”, and you can get an Arabic A2 certificate.

Objectives

At the end of this course, you can perform the end A2 exam, and you will achieve the equivalent of Level A2 of the “CEFRL”.

​

1. Understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment).

​

2. Communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters.

​

3. Describe in simple terms aspects of your background, immediate environment, and matters in areas of immediate need.


In addition to that, you practice reading and listening comprehension in Modern Standard Arabic. 

Requirements

1) Completed course iMasterArabic Level A2.2

OR:
All of the pre-requisites of Level A1, in addition to the following:

​

1) You have a very good knowledge of the "Possessive Form" and the "Demonstratives."

​

2) You can easily conjugate verbs ‘to have’, ‘to want’, and 'to like' in Levantine Arabic, as well as use them in simple sentences. You can also understand these verbs if you read or hear them in MSA. 

​

3) You are proficient with the conjugation and use of FORM I verbs in sentences in de past and present tense, as well as use them in conversations and answering questions regarding what you did and what you usually do.

​

4) You have a good knowledge of the prepositions in Arabic, and how to use them in sentences.
